We can swiftly and efficiently liaise with relevant authorities and gain the necessary paperwork for works where restrictions are in place.

We offer tree surgery services, dangerous tree removal, crane takedowns, tree and landscape planting and vegetation management.

Domestic and Commercial Tree Surgery

Undertaken by fully qualified teams, including at a minimum, one climber and two grounds men, one of whom is aerial rescue qualified, Houlbec leads the way in tree surgery services.

Tree surgery services include crown works such as formative pruning, thinning, reductions and lifting, conifer control and management, tree takedowns, cable bracing, tree guying and stump grinding. With the use of our track chippers we can access most difficult sites with an appropriate system to minimise damage and disturbance. We can also effectively deal with the removal of large amount of by products, be it timber or chips from site.

Tracked access platforms also allow us to gain access to trees in appropriate circumstances. For dangerous trees this system allows additional security for both the work team and the client.
